3 Meat Rubs You Will Love

3 Meat Rubs You Will Love

Dry or wet rubs are spice and/or herb mixtures that can be "rubbed" on meat before it is cooked. Dry or wet rubs on pork can provide you an easy way to make similar cuts with very different flavors. This can also afford you the ability to make the most of sales at the grocery store.

For example, let's say we purchase a large package of pork chops but only need 4 chops cooked. By varying rubs, you can eat the other chops with a very different flavor a bit later in the week.
