How long to air fry sliders
Preheat the air fryer to 300 degrees F.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and poppy seeds.

Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half. To do this, slice through the dozen horizontally in half or pull the rolls apart one by one and slice them. How you slice them may depend on the size of your air fryer and personal preferences.
Spread Dijon mustard on one side of the sliced rolls using a butter knife.
Next, place the bottom halves of the rolls into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Layer ham on the rolls. Using leftover ham pieces may cause a variation in the amount of pork per slider.
Next, add a layer of swiss cheese slices over the ham and then place the other half of the Hawaiian rolls on top of the cheese.
Using a pastry brush, spread butter and seasoning mixture from the first step over the sliders.

Air fry at 300 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the rolls are golden brown.

Air Fryer Ham Slider variations
Ham and cheese sliders in the air fryer can be personalized to fit almost any crowd. Here are a few ways we like to vary them.
- Ham, Swiss and Cranberry Sliders: Sub out the mustard and layer on leftover cranberry sauce. This version of slider adds a side of sweet/tart and is the ultimate refrigerator clean out.
- Ham, Gouda and Peach Jelly: Swap the swiss cheese for a smokey gouda. Pair the smokey flavor with a sweet favorite summer flavor of peaches. Use a smear of peach jelly instead of the mustard and your sliders will disappear in a flash.
