How to make meatloaf with ground pork
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Prepare a loaf pan or 9×9 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Using a gallon-sized zip top bag and rolling pin, crush saltine crackers into crumbs.
This process will yield approximately 1 1/2 cups of cracker crumbs.

Combine all ingredients and 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce for the meatloaf in a large bowl.
Mix together using clean hands to distribute the components evenly throughout the ground pork.
