Croissant Breakfast Casserole Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Step 2: Quarter croissants and fit into the bottom of a 9×13 casserole dish. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until crispy.

Step 3: Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground pork in olive oil until browned. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, rosemary, black pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, crushed red pepper flakes, nutmeg, ground mustard, and sage. Set aside.

Step 4: In a large bowl, beat eggs very well. Add the remaining 1/2 salt, cottage cheese, grated cheese, and cream. Stir well.
Step 5: Sprinkle ground pork mixture over crisp croissants. Then pour the egg mixture over the top.

Step 6: Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until eggs are set and edges and top are golden brown.
Step 7: Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
