How to cook Country Style Ribs on the grill
In a bowl, whisk together the vinegar, water, oil, brown sugar, salt, red pepper flakes and cayenne pepper until salt is dissolved. Remove 1/2 cup marinade to be used later to baste ribs.
Add the remaining marinade to the ribs in a plastic zip-top bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 – 6 hours.
After refrigerated marinating, remove the ribs from the bag and discard the marinade and bag.
Grill ribs over indirect heat for 50 to 60 minutes or until pork is tender and the internal temperature reaches 160º F.
Baste ribs twice with reserved sauce (1/2 cup of marinade) mixture during the last 15 minutes of grilling.
