How to make marry me pork chops
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Heat basil and sun dried tomato oil in a large frying pan. Place boneless pork chops in the warmed frying pan.
Season the chops with a dash of salt and pepper. Sear the chops in the warmed oil for 5-6 minutes per side.

Flip and continue to cook using medium heat. A light brown crust will develop on the outer edges of the pork chops. In this step, we are searing rather than completely cooking the pork.
Reduce the heat of the frying pan. Spray a 9×13 casserole dish with cooking spray, then transfer the seared pork chops to the casserole dish and set aside.
Turn your attention back to the warm frying pan of drippings. Add in garlic, oregano, thyme and onion powder to the pan and stir for approximately 1-2 minutes.
Increase the heat to a low-medium setting and pour in the chicken broth, mix well.

Next, add in the tomatoes, cream and parsley, gently fold in the parmesan cheese. Stir the sauce to complete the mixture and then turn off the heat source.
Sprinkle the Panko crumbs over the casserole dish of seared pork chops, add in fresh basil.

Finally, pour the cream sauce from the frying pan evenly over the pork chops in the 9×13 dish. Bake, uncovered, in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes of cook time, use a meat thermometer to check that the pork chops have reached an internal temperature of 145°F. Remove the pan from the oven, let the chops rest for 3-5 minutes, then serve.
How to store?
If you have any leftovers, Marry Me Pork Chops should be stored in an air tight container and placed in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Beyond that amount of time the leftovers may be frozen for up to 3 months.
How to reheat
Pork chops can be safely reheated in the microwave. We suggest warming them as a single serving with short 30 to 60 second increments or by using the sensor reheat feature of the microwave.
Due to the creamy sauce of Marry Me Pork Chop recipe we do not recommend using an air fryer to reheat.
