How to make pork chop salad
Layer air fryer racks with foil. This will aid in the ease of clean up following the cooking process.
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F.
Measure out and mix garlic salt with parsley, lemon and pepper seasoning, seasoned salt and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
Using a cutting board, trim fat from pork chops and cut remaining meat into bite-sized pieces.

Transfer pork chop pieces into a medium sized bowl and sprinkle the dry spice mix on top.
Drizzle two tablespoons of olive oil over the top of the pork and seasoning. Gently stir to blend and create even coverage on the pork chop bites.

Transfer the seasoned pork chop pieces from the bowl into the air fryer tray in a single layer. Allow space between the pieces for proper air flow.
Cook for 5-6 minutes or until pork reaches 145 degrees F internally.

If you are using a multiple layer air fryer, switch top and bottom rack after 3 minutes and continue cooking.
Remove the cooked pork chop bites from the air fryer and allow them to rest for 3 minutes.
As the pork cools, chop lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, and desired salad ingredients and combine in a bowl.

- Layer air fryer racks with foil.
