How to make parmesan pork cube steaks
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, mix Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion salt, tomato sauce, and water to create a sauce.
Move the sauce bowl to a safe place on the side of the work zone.
The next step is breading the pork cube steaks. If you don’t have a mixing tray set, shallow dishes or large plates are good alternatives. You will use two trays and two plates to complete the breading process.

In the first mixing tray, crack two eggs into the tray and beat, use a fork to stir briskly in a circular motion until the yolk and whites are blended.
In the second tray mix together salt, pepper, paprika, breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.

One by one dip each pork cube steak in the egg wash. Next, press pork into the breadcrumbs coating evenly. Finally, move the breaded pork to the empty plate, continue the process with each steak. The clean plate will hold the breaded pork prior to cooking.
Heat 2-4 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Arrange a single layer of pork cube steaks in the warmed skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.

The pork cube steaks will begin to have a golden brown crust as they cook. Place the cooked pork on a clean plate, then cook the next batch of steaks. Repeat the steps until you’ve cooked all the pork.
Once you’ve fried all the pork cube steaks, pour half of the tomato sauce from the first step into a 9×13 baking dish.

Arrange the pork cube steaks on top of the sauce in the baking dish and layer remaining sauce and top using two cups of mozzarella cheese. Cover the dish with foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for additional 10 minutes. Serve over cooked spaghetti noodles.

Dry cubed pork steak
To keep pork cubed steak tender and moist, use a shorter cooking time. The egg wash and breading process can also help lock in the juices of the pork.
What is cubed pork steak?
Cubed pork steak, sometimes called minute steak, is tender because of a process called cubing, which involves pounding and cutting the meat. This thinly sliced cut typically comes from the pork shoulder or loin.
