- 2 cups cooked pork loin roast cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 4 cups chicken broth, divided
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 7 ounces dry egg noodles
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 3/4 cup frozen peas
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons butter

How to Make Roast Pork Noodle Soup
In a liquid measuring cup, thoroughly stir 1/4 cup broth and cornstarch, and set aside.
Using a large saucepan, bring the remaining broth to a boil. Add noodles and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in the diced bell pepper, peas, and pepper.
When the noodles are tender, stir in the cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until slightly thickened.
Stir in pork and butter. Heat the soup through.
