- Bacon
- Mayonaise
- Pickle Relish
- Sugar
- Paprika
- Dried Parsley: Dill can be used in place of dried parsley. These two spices can also both be used if you prefer a stronger flavor kick.
Bacon Deviled Eggs Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Bring a pot of water to a boil with 3 inches of water. Add eggs to the water and put on the lid. Turn the heat off and let the eggs sit in the hot water for 18 minutes. Drain and cover with cold water. Crack and peel eggs.
Step 2: Cut 2 slices of bacon into 12 small pieces for topping garnishes. Leave the other 2 slices whole. Cook the bacon in a pan until the fat has rendered and it reaches your preferred crispness.

Step 3: Chop the 2 whole slices of cooked bacon into small pieces. Set aside.
Step 4: Slice the hard-boiled (peeled) eggs lengthwise and remove the yolks to a medium bowl.

Step 5: Using a fork, mash the egg yolks until smooth. Add the chopped bacon, mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, and sugar. Stir until creamy and well combined.

Step 6:Spoon or pipe egg yolk mixture back into egg whites.
Step 7: Sprinkle it with paprika and dried parsley or dill.

Step 8: Garnish each egg with bacon pieces.
